Hi Guys!

I do not make a big deal about the assays because the simple fact is that any one batch of assays will not matter all that much in the big scheme of things. Sure, a good NR with a few fat holes will push KXL up over $3 for a while. Then people can start getting upset about the next batch of numbers after that. Or the next one...

If the PM juniors remain in a bear market, a few specs will take profits and the stock will sell back down. Maybe the results will be a disappointment and then we can expect a big wave of selling. Look, it doesnt matter a big rats ass either way.

Just stop and think about how much property area KXL controls. Its not all going to be bonanza grade folks. On the other hand, just stop and think how much property area KXL controls! There are likely going to be some big hits along the way, given the very encouraging early stage results. Get it? The hype and intense scrutiny on every batch of numbers is going to wear out a lot of people. None of this matters. Start comparing the results of an entire season of drilling, or an emerging resource that is defined, and maybe we will have something to talk about.

KXL may be on the way to proving up 10 million ounces or more. If so, the stock may be on the way to $20 or more. But I have to wonder how many of the specs on this board will be around to see the big numbers, if they show signs of panic at every delay or get overly anxious about the grades from any batch of data.

I hope I do not come off too arrogant here. It is not my intention and I have a long string of dumb decisions in my investing carreer to keep me humble. Try to keep an even keel and understand that this is not a sprint, and no small batch of assays is going to matter much overall.

Take advantage of swings in sentiment, or hype and rumours. But I also think a core position should be locked up and held in an iron fist as long as the company remains cashed up and aggressive to keep drilling, and as long as they have a system to follow up which remains open in any direction. Thats not intended as investment advice, and people will have to trade within their own tolerance. I just hate the thought that some people are going to talk themselves out of a potential winner and that would be a shame.

cheers!

mike
