Can't figure the timing of the NR though... Friday @ 2:00 just before a long weekend. A lot of folk will miss this until Tuesday next week. And... not a halt. Odd... clearly there is material change for KXL here. It is also odd it hasn't shown up on other news services or their home page... I wonder if someone slipped up??
