There is too much in this NR to make a comment on the first pass. Maybe it was actually pretty smart to put this out ahead of a long weekend, so people have the time to fully digest all the info that was presented. I will have lots to say once I am done reading this over a few times and get my thoughts organized. I will be posting a few times this weekend with my opinion.

Congrats to Kodiak shareholders and all of the people that are behind the scenes making this happen. I do not think the magnitude of this story is appreciated by the market, and my guess is that a few people will be waking up to the potential after reading this news.
