    TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing a property option agreement
between Kodiak Exploration Ltd. (the "Company") and Frank Goodman (the
"Vendor"), whereby the Company has the option to earn up to a 100% interest in
3 mineral claims known as the "Frank Goodman" property in the Summers
Township, Thunder Bay Mining Division. In consideration, the Company will pay
the Vendor a total of $50,000 ($5,000 in the first year) and issue common
shares equivalent to $5,000. The property is subject to a 3% NSR.
