Thanks again for the reply. I emailed the company to ask them if there was any further information on this vein. They replied by sending me a copy of their August 1, 2008 news release. Thinking I had missed something in the news release I reread it but no, I didn't find any mention of the Golden Gate vein there.
Of the top of my head, what do we know about this vein so far:
(1)An approximately 35 foot wide quartz vein. (2)Discovered one or two days before the snow fell last fall. (3)The geologists couldn't agree on whether or not there was visible gold in the vein which was by then covered in snow. And that's all I can remember. Anybody else?
Now I'm all for a systematic exploration of the property but it seems to me that a thirty-five foot wide quartz vein in this area should be top priority. What am I missing here?
