Well I disagree right back at ya...from the dawn of time the rich have been screwing the poor and they will continue to do so.

Sorry to sound so negative but that is the way it works and anybody who thinks different imho is being nieve.

You mention US properties that is a very good example...

rich people sell house to poor person, poor person can`t afford house,poor person loses house,rich person buys house back at auction at big discount, rich person sells house back to another poor person...can you see a pattern here!
