Liquidity and Capital Resources

As at March 31, 2008, the Company has cash and cash equivalents of $47,420,851 and a working capital surplus of $47,480,790.

As at June 30, 2008, the Company has cash and cash equivalents of $40,971,064 and a working capital surplus of $41,299,755.
