Creating shareholder wealth by advancing gold projects through the exploration and mine development cycle.
it means there will be less and less shares on the free market to buy.Everytime someone wants lots of shares they drive the price up.By my estimation 80 % of the shares are held by people who will not sell.
and if you are on the ball you can profit from it,because I believe it wont be until a major mining company shows direct interest, that the price will skyrocket.Individual drill results just wont do it in this environment. If it does drive the share price up,it will be stopped by the fund who is trying to accumulate.Only to be driven down again so they can continue the pattern.I believe KXL is a sucess story that is unrealized in share price. And like beaver65 stated"the majors are just trying to figure out how to come up with the billions to buy it"
I would not be surprised at all that kxl has been contacted by funds wanting to by in,but they have been directed to just go to the open market.KXL doesnt need to dilute to raise money.
so the institution sets out a strategy to acumulate, this leads to volatilty, all meant to pry shares from the weak hands.
