I own both but there is no comparison as far as I am concerned,

Kodiak has a better management team in place.

Kodiak has more money enough for 2 years of drilling and that is huge in this market.

Sage is pretty much out of money and they will have to go to the market and dilute a already large float.

Raising money in this market could be very difficult.
