I see nothing wrong with Portee`s post he is giving his opinion which I happen to agree with and your right in saying Kodiak is not the only Beardmore play but it is by far the best imho.
Best advice sell all your area plays and roll it into Kodiak I think that is your best chance at a good pay day.
