regarding the 100 trillion derivaties, I think that can easily just be written of as illegal pyramide scheme; The money never existed and people just borrowed from each other, always more and more leading to these uncreal numbers. Just press the reset button

Banks will start to lend basically because they will be forced by the governments; if we give you credit you make sure you use it, period
