If you don't like what is happending sell and leave. You don't find to many happy campers in terms of SP performance and many of us are impatient, like mysellf, for news, but we do not start calling things illegal etc.

I would guess that companies like KXL get raw assay results probably at least twice a month. It does not mean they have to publish all these data continuosly. These data have to be organized and processed and put into context. Then plans and reports have to be prepared.
