Countries or companies that expand too much either completely fail or go back to their core business/properties.
I think the expansion has probably been good, but it is now time to focus and possibly let some go. It has allowed KXL to have a look at lots of properties and to do first evaluations. How many of these can we effectively keep and explore, you would hate to give up on a possible star.
However, the macro reality is pretty grim. If we can't come up by something very promising by next summer we will be down in the penny stock area. We can't stop spending money and I am sure the management fully realises the situation.
The pressure is on them, they can either cut spending significantly which surely will drop the SP but they can hang in for a long time, or spend lots hoping for a quick hit. I personally will not blame them for whatever decision they make as long as they are honest and do the best they can.
