2: Skyrocketing physical demand

Evidence is to the contrary, in that bullion dealers are saying they have not seen this kind of physical demand in their entire careers. From what I gather, dealers are having a touch time getting ahold of anything to sell, at least in any real volumes.

Again, the gold price is at all time highes in the Aussie dollar, British Pound, Euro, Canadian Dollar, Swiss Franc, etc. The weakness in the US$ and Yen is only a symptom of the "Great Deleveraging". Once that ends, which could be three years from now, then you will have far beyond the all time highs in the US$.

But this is only my opinion, and for all I know, you could be correct. But if I had to bet my mother's pension, I would bet on much higher gold prices in the medium and longer term. I'm hoping for short term, as well.
