Well as usual I have been pondering our family financial position as I imagine most of the great unwashed have been doing and reflect back on Zibo and Shilo haps sale of their KXL holdings...

Every one must play their cards as they see fit so that they can maximize their gains and minimize their losses..

We all know that to maximize our gains,we sometimes have to "Tax loss sell" to take advantage of our gains in the scheme of things..

Now ,if we ,,..the great unwashed have to tax loss sell sometimes...don't you think that our insiders must also have to tax loss sell...???

I believe that they must ..!!

But they are restricted from trading in their own company with outstanding news,or news that is not public knowledge and that narrows the window of trading opportunity for them..

All tax loss selling must be completed before the end of the year and MUST leave three TRADING days for the transaction settlement...

Because of the Christmas markets and how they fall this year ,settlement days are only counted when the market is open..so the last three trading days are 29..30..31St of December...

So the last day that a tax ;loss sale can occur is the 24 th of December..

I am also thinking of the massive insider buying in the last PP at $4.80....!!

I am sure that some of this will be sold..

But When...???

In order for the insiders to sell, the company must release any pertinent news,leaving time for the sales to go through..

I am putting this forward to the board ,because I believe soon that news of an explosive nature is about to be released,so that volume will allow insiders to sell into that rally and recover some money and tax loss sell at the same time..

I want to post this for two reasons...I believe in KXL..I believe we will make a ton of money on this..I have and am not going to sell any KXL in any of my accounts..

I will be buying more in a tank market opportunity..

I also want to give the board a heads up that this might occur and that you must be ready to act..not to sell but to BUY..

And not to panic when insider selling occurs..!!!!

That will be the reason why they will sell..not that there are problems in the company ,,but for tax loss purposes..They would all be fools NOT to tax loss sell..Lord knows they have put enough money..blood..sweat and tears into the company to deserve some tax loss relief..

So DON'T PANIC WHEN INSIDERS TAX LOSS SELL.This is the Right time of the year to do it...
