I ask if you paid $4.80 for your shares like a hoard of the insiders on the private placement..??

That would give them a lot more incentive and hence a larger tax loss that you..and that is what I am trying to convey..That they have a larger incentive than the great unwashed,with all of my shares under $2.70...using me for an example,which I stated I was perusing MY accounts..which triggered all this..so yes..they have quite a incentive to tax loss sell..

I haven't had a "Nog" yet this year but feel a "Nog attack" coming on...shortly..now that you mention it...
