When I spoke to Brian in October he indicated:

1) That about $1mil was allocated to the Energy Division and drilling would start in Atahabasca in February. (It seems they started early). He said the idea was to spin off the energy division once the value could be proved up. Hey we're an exploration company - that is what we do.

2) No real money was allocated to Caribou or Sleeping Giant but there had been interest expressed by others in these properties. In my opionion we are not compelled to sell and there are many other juniors in tough so don't look for action here soon. In the pre 2008 world these properties represent some value so why sell them for some magic beans?

3) The market values us only by the Golden Mile. This DD group knows we have more irons in the fire.
