... there is an interview with Brian Maher published in a german newsletter [1], which took place in Frankfurt on the German Equity Forum in fall 08, where Brian speaks about possible dates:

"We expect further authoritative numbers about the [Hercules drilling project] not later than end of january/begin of february 2009".

Admittedly this interview must have taken place before that last nr of 3rd of dec...
