KXL is very tightly held. I have noticed such tightly held companies often move more dramatically in either direction because there are so few 'tradeable' shares out there. Doesn't take much selling to knock it down but it also doesn't take much buying to bring it back up. IMO KXL is so tightly wound at these prices that when we do manage to get some extraordinary news (no idea when that may be but lots of drilling ongoing, uranium and gold, has to happen eventually) the move up to more respectable levels will be very swift.
