Thanks for the question. The geometry of the Golden Mile, near vertical with competent wall rocks, suggests that the vein could be mined by a low-cost method such as long hole stoping. Thermal fragmentation is interesting, but controlling dilution (how much waste rock is accidently mined with the vein) is critical in underground mining to control grade and cost. Thermal fragmentation would work best in a bulk mining scenario.
