congrats on your homebrew win. My mouth is watering over your trippel but alas I am not in the pool. I have a few medals from the Great Canadian Homebrew competition myself. I won best of show with a Bock style back in 1992.

I've since given up home brewing ... lack of time and space. The last straw was when a 54 litre carboy full of red wine cracked while I was trying to move it. The result was a new red floor and a very unhappy missus ... not to mention 75 bottles of wine lost.

Now I pay someone else to make my beer and wine and it's much safer... and the results are much better and more consitent.
