My guess: the Dow, S&P and TSX will be lower on 1 Nov then it is on 1 May 2009.
I actually think they will be higher ... but between now and then all three will retest the lows reached in November and early March.... 90% guaranteed ... and then sometime next year that will be confirmed as THE bottom ... But I'll be way ahead of the game cuz I'll be buying when it bounces again.
