to describe you from a basic maunufacturer

the most important driver for the economy is construction i do not surprise you here, what is very important to understand right now is this point here.

the mills here in canada are all basicly stopped because they are having over

4 years of stock ahead in inventory and this is 4 years at an average paste.

we are so far from the average paste right now that this overstock could last for 6-7 years .

there is so much stock that they don t even run the mills so they have to chip this wood if they don t want to lose it all and sale it to paper producer and when you know what paper producer are paying right now you understand how far they can figure the mills will start their engines again.

i m trying to tell you guys that before we will see a real turning point in the overall north american economy it is going to take a lot and i mean a lot of patience.

i m in the construction business in the montreal area and for the moment the business is still pretty good but there is a big big dark cloud , the first step of a new house is the foundation and right now all the big corporation the majors one are praticly stop. so we are delivering all the orders that have been signed before september 2008 .

the sales are slow and worst than slow for most of the montreal area exept maybe the very lowhand house that are doing just ok.

i am having more than 70 % of all the important general contractors in the province of quebec as customers ,so i can tell you that i m very well informed regarding our core business driver health and believe me it is in bad shape.

whish that help
