Am a little surprised this didn't stir some discussion. Personally, I find KXL not to be ripe for takeover. With a couple of promising but undefined resources and management that has stated that they won't sell before knowing what they have, it seems unlikely to me. As for a hostile take over, with so many shares held by insiders, it would seem to be a tough target.

JMO, find it hard to think I know more than Nat'l Bank!
