I didn't mean to imply that KXL had stopped drilling. I was just using that as an extreme of conserving cash that would be self-defeating. The other extreme is drilling flat out everywhere willy-nilly w/o waiting for results. Most efficient is what you described- drilling as fast as ongoing results and interpretations allow you to decide what spots are most likely to produce good results. I trust that is what they are doing!
