Does anybody beyond mz have an opinion on the AGM voting and report? We're spending roughly a million $ to keep upper mgmnt going - is that the right amount, or not? What do others who invest in so many other small companies find is spent? On the legal side - nearly $300k and 1.7 million options a year (a lot, I find). Good deal?
