Seems a few are counseling "patience" simply because some of us have expressed less than stellar opinions of the recent news release. Don't get me wrong- I AM patient, I built up my stake (at higher prices), haven't sold a share and don't intend to. The trouble with "patient" is that Kodiak does not have unlimited funds- or time. As I mentioned in my earlier post, they have run through 2/3 of the money they raised at a much higher sp. They need to get something major done (either find the motherlode or find a partner with deep pockets) before this runs out and they are forced into massive dilution at a much lower share price. And they should do this soon, before they are down to their last few coins. As of now, they hold a good enough hand to work out a good deal, much better than they would be able to get if they are running out of money and desperate to make a deal as quickly as possible. I'm sure any potential partners are also aware of their situation- maybe they are willing to take the chance of waiting and extracting a better deal from Kodiak as their funds dry up?

I hope the next news release is substantial, and exhibits real progress towards becoming a producer of revenue, not just a producer of drill results. I also wouldn't mind seeing an announcement of a partnership with a major willing to fund this thing all the way. I'd gladly give up a percentage of "potential" for the assurance that Kodiak will indeed become more than a junior explorer.
