I hope you are right. While KXL has made "progress" on a number of projects, progress on any one project (at least what has been announced) has been minimal. I'm still puzzled (disturbed? frustrated? po'ed?) by the slow pace of drilling up the GM. There are obviously judgment calls about where and how fast to drill, but slowing the overall pace while admin costs eat away at the cash reserve doesn't seem the best move. I sure hope something's up.
