Well, I think it looks good to have more quality to the management team. Interesting the Mr. Barber and our Chairman Michael Phelps (the exec, not the pot smoking swimmer...) are both on the board of Deutchse Bank. Maybe KXL'ers could get a break on intrest rates there.
