On page 10 of the "Corporate Presentation" under presentations on the KXL web site it states "43-101 technical assessment completed, laying the groundwork for a resource estimate".

Can someone more familiar with the terminology explain exactly what this means? What's the difference between the "43-101 technical assessment" and the final 43-101? Does the completion of the "technical assessment" mean that they are finished with the drilling and have all of the results in? Is the analysis and interpretation of the results the only thing left to do? If so, then someone at Kodiak must already have a very good idea of what they have.
