Completely agree... don't know what if anything it means but there is no doubt KXL and SGX have been 'managed' to remain at this 10:1 ratio... it has been going on for some time... even pre-market price action this AM... KXL at 60:60 bid ask... SGX at 6:6... then the moment SGX drops to 5.5:5.5... KXL drops to 59:59... I am not kidding literally the second SgX bids and asks dropped so do KXL... and this is far from the first time I have ssen this... similar trading action hapens too often for it to be just a coincidence IMO...
