Once my old boss, Bill James former CEO of Falconbridge, told us that he was too pessimistic to work as a geologist, and instead decided to go into management, and did very well at that. Scared the heck out of anyone around, but saved the company by some tough decisions. Sage's results fall into that category, more of the same stuff, but no big convincing hit, darn it!
