I too think that the Hotel was a good move,but how do other companies do it..??How do our expenses ,with the hotel,compare to other companies without..??

And does having the convenience of "Our own digs" lead to the excessive hiring binge of high priced help,with the expensive perks that high priced help is used too..I mean there is a hell of a price difference between "adequate housing" and "Top cabin" accommodations,that may be a perk Offered to get some of this high priced help..

A thorough auditing of the expenses is in order for me to tell where the money is going..and that does not mean reading the financial statements but pulling the matching paperwork and invoices in the files to see where the money went..i have owned 4 different incorporated companies and know how to read a financial statement and know full well that they are not accurate documentation of fact and can be massaged in all different directions...

I learned this early in my business career when preparing our year end and knowing where to adjust the figures ,was asking about our company bottom line and tax implications,,,and my Chartered accountant said said one of the best areas to adjust your bottom line is in the inventory..not how much you have but "how much you need..or want..adjust there.."

There are all different ways to do it..from write offs to plain miscounting...

Not always on the up and up ..but no accusations or implications here and just my own experiences and opinions..so know damned well that our money can be put to better use that it has been fro the $70 million private placement til now..

AND if the Richardsons took a big chunk of the $70 mill at $4.80.....why the hell didn't they grab the whole thing at .65...??

There is something askew here in the company and our dirty laundry is going to come out sooner than later..

Anyway I'm finished and hope for the best..We still have gold and I want it..
