Couple of big trades. So, as it was already posed, someone wanted in, someone wanted out. Who has that many shares? Richardsons. Anyone else?

If it is Richardsons, it could be done between family members (I assume) for the tax loss, then perhaps swap them back in a month or so. What if we see an insider unload? Don't mean to cause a panic here, but it would be interesting to know. At least it was an orderly sell, a couple of million plus "sell at market" orders could get ugly!
