What if they were securing other properties that are equal to or better than the Golden Mile?

In this goldbelt, having multiple mid-grade to high-grade properties with great access and the surrounding area also 'owned' by Kodiak, this isn't a farfetched idea.

With this situation, Kodiak becomes a much larger target for majors. This seems to be the plan.

The only other scenario, is a take-over of a smaller company in the area.

I prefer the 'lock-down' of other properties to make Kodiak an ‘album of the year’ as opposed to the ‘one hit wonder’.
