Definitely time to re-educate the market on KXL and everything they are working on. Brian did say that they would be putting out more regular announcements so this will help. Given the over-subscribed PP you have to believe (don't you!!) that there is good news in the pipe.

I'm amazed with the downward pressure... I guess KXL is in the minority when it comes to "NOT" recovering this year so that makes it a top candidate for tax loss selling. <sigh>

There are only about 3.5 days left of tax loss selling - remember your transaction has to be settled in 2009 to count for 2009 tax loss. Settlement date is transaction date + 3 days. That means this is the last week (maybe next Tuesday at the latest).
