I would be buying sooner but I have some money floating in cyber space waiting to go into my RRSP. The SP is just getting WAY too cheap to pass up, this is getting ridiculous. I realize there may be some dissapointed people because of the initial momentum; and because some very high expectations were set but seriously KXL is way oversold right now IMHO. Over the next 3-4 weeks I'm fairly confident we'll see a nice pop in anticipation of the resource estimate and upcoming Vancouver conference etc. That's my prediction anyway.
