It says here that ONtex and the newco are 1:1....the way I read this News Release...

Ontex Resources Ltd:

  • SAYS IT CONSOLIDATED ITS SHARES ON BASIS OF 1 POST-CONSOLIDATION SHARE FOR
    every 1 pre-consolidation shares
  • I'm just posting the news..I have no holdings in either company..
