Actually for a variety of reasons had deferred exploring the T.F.S.A. until just now and today completed processing and plan now to fill it full of KXL (about 10K) tomorrow. Have funds set aside to do the same on Jan 4th(1st trading day of new year)

Have come to the belief that KXL is once again on the brink of significant share appreciation and so want to add to my holdings to participate in this. Might not work out but who knows, once in a while you do grab that golden ring.
