Even though Anonymous is consistently on the sell side IMO they may not necessarily be interested in 'selling' orliquidating a sizeable position if they are also simultaneously buying. Buying could be 1 entity with several accounts at different houses or could be a number of entities. Accumulation strategy that happens all the time with depressed low volume companies during otherwise quiet periods. It is a possibility.

Sprott has stuck around this long I don't think they would be selling now. Would not be surprised that they were involved in massive share crosses near the end of the year for tax purposes... but they did not sell.

Richardson has no reason to sell and has been around forever.

Chornobay... who knows what he could be doing but I don't think he would risk his 1M cheap shares sitting in front of a computer playing KXL.

The other two funds you list are relatively small and woudl not really matter if they sold anyway.

With all the progress KXL has made and all the positive news expected in first half of 1020 alone IMO current share price is the result of a combination of tax-loss selling, lack of news, and professional accumulators/manipulators. Tax loss selling is done... lack of news will change very soon... and if there is indeed any sort of accumulation or manipulation going on that will also disappear with positive news.

JMHO.
