I agree with you ..rewards(options) SHOULD be tied to performance..not issued to newbies ..
That being said..that is how we attract good people..
THe key word there is Should...But that is not the way it works..
So I'll accept that with this management team..If,like I have done before ,been in some companies where the management and insiders raped and pillaged the company took my licking and left..
Unfortunately they hold the keys to the cookie jar..and unless you want to start legal action against the company either personally or a tort ,there is not much you can do other than go and raise hell at a general meeting and flood the insiders with e-mail that voices your displeasure..
But these guys don't make a hell of a lot of money /.put in long hours and work hard..so give the devils their due..OPTIONS..
