A single insider selling means nothing

A sudden flood by a number of insiders might be seen as some form of trend and cause concern.

A single insider selling means that his reasons are his own and the number of those reasons are too numerous to even consider.

Directors of corporations hold shares in numerous companies. Sometimes they get calls from their financial advisor saying "you have too many eggs in this basket" orrrrrrr sometimes they see the potential of a short term opportunity and need immediate cash to make that happen.

Did a quick check on Sedar to see if there was reference in past reports relative to the size of directors holdings but couldn't come up with it. Those documents are like a puzzle to me so that is no surprise.

Onward and Upward
