What kind of land do we hold?

With 40 M in market cap and 20 M+ in cash, our land holdings are worth only about 20 M, which is no more than 20 acres in a decent city.

Brian will have to make some decisions soon, 1) continue poking around, 2) focus on one area or two, or 3) sell and move on; definetely time for action or a change

There seems to be nothing holding the slide(the same is true for many other non perfoming companies)
