The nugget effect reflects the way in which gold grades can vary over relatively short distances, so it may tell you need to drill more closely in order to connect the grades in different drill intercepts to achieve a particular resource classification(inferred/indicated etc.). A properly applied model tells you how far you connect/project grade values according to the NI 43-101 standard so a company, or investors, can stand by it. You should be able to estimate a reasonable ballpark number from the long section data as well which some of us have done. We should see shortly how close we are. I'm not sure about the switching model and boosting resources without drilling concept. That sounds dubious and I would have to see an example to understand what was done.
