Of note also is that those three intercepts were all within roughly 30m of the surface - less than 100 feet.

Back then, the theory was the REALLY good stuff (wider veins perhaps) would be deeper, and I can remember the loud refrain from this Board urging the company to drill deeper. Guess that didn't pan out the way we had hoped.

Someone within the last month or so suggested we all go up there and dig the stuff out ourselves with picks and chisels. With those tools, we could actually reach a lot of the rich deposits. Summer field trip anyone?
