Premier (PG-t) has no problem drilling on ice... some pictures here and here... while we wait. I have also seen pictures of summer drilling on these same lakes using a drill rig placed on a barge. We should place a rig on a barge and put it on the ice in case the ice breaks.. problem solved :-).
