Colt Resources is a company that is looking for tungsten and gold in Portugal; I am not to sure if I would necissarily recommend it.

The price of tungesten as WO3 is about 20 $/kg as far as I get so roughly the same as nickel.

I am not too familiar with WO3 so I don't know how easily to reduce to metallic W and where there are facilities to do that.
