Halt or no halt?...

Ok so we seem to have beaten NI 43-101 estimate opinions to death... here's an easy question...

Does KXL issue a halt for NI 43-101 for Hercules?...

IMO regardless of size this would constitute a 'material change'... although, that said, I very seriously hope they would only halt if the number is high enough to warrant a halt... if they halt and the number is not anywhere near what the market expects... well you know the rest...

I say we get halt...
