and by the way regarding sage gold, i know red that you were and still are one of the most sympatic to their cause shareholder . in my mind the only way a merge would make me a happy camper is if no one on sage board would be in the final picture.

i think sage management understood long time ago that they would not be able to prove anything economical which such a cash flow lack. and their last strategy who could work for them was to aquire the maximum land in the area , that way once the big ones will release their 43-101 , well at least they would make good profit on those acres.

i honnestly never saw such a poor management in all the juniors i am dealing whit.

so for the best interest of all kodiak shareholders if we ever do a deal whit them then please take the land and kick them off the plate.
