Thank you for your thoughts, h_rattle. And thank you for your feedback northvalue. I also wondered about page 28 and thought, perhaps, it should be read in conjunction with page 29. There, at least, are listed goals for 2009/2010. Maybe these can be updated to goals for 2010/2011?
